The multidisciplinary staff of STG Retail is made up of Professionals with over 30 years of experience in the construction sector, able to guarantee the realization of the order in all its phases. Our strengths are professionalism, flexibility.
We therefore propose ourselves as the ideal partner of the general Contractor and perfectly capable of tackling the “turnkey project”, providing all the services necessary to deliver the work following the times and phases set by the client. We also offer various services, ranging from design to final site delivery.

Project management
Coordination of the design in the various phases and guarantee of compliance with the times, costs and performance predefined by the client.
Construction Management: coordination of construction site activities, management of workers and interface with professional figures.
Project Monitoring: technical site control in collaboration with the GC, verifying compliance with the time schedule and the correct fulfillment of the contract conditions.

Construction supervision
Construction site construction and plant engineering, construction supervision, management of workforce contracts, coordination between the parties, complete management of the construction site. Employment of highly skilled workforce, proven technology and strategy, knowledge and experience in operations and facilities management, for maximum customer satisfaction.

Plant design
In collaboration with STG Ingegneria, we develop electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic projects in compliance with current regulations.

Architectural Design and Interior Design
Development and design from the architectural scale to the executive detail of Interior Design, Mood and Concept Design.

Structural Design
Structural engineering design and calculation, structural construction supervision from project to final construction.
 
Technical-administrative management
Drafting and protocol of permissory documents at the relevant bodies and at the technical-administrative sectors of the Public Administrations.
